Are there any good alternatives to using pyjamas/pyjs or learning JavaScript from scratch? I've tried installing pyjamas/pyjs on a few of my Debian systems (thank G-d for virtual machines), but can't seem to get it to run in development. I've tried from source and followed a ton of information on getting it to run on Ubuntu, but no luck.
