Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, but this camera is an unknown. 
The best guess is that it has a MArs MR97310 or MR97311 chip. 
Some information is known about this. 

It might work with Linux using gphoto2 for photos, 
or spca5xx for webcam functionality. 

Those functions will become part of macam some day, 
but I don't even know if that will help your camera. 
Is it possible to open it to see what chip is inside?

Philips doesn't even list it on their website, so I'm clueless.
