Hi,
What is the vendor and product IDs of the camera. This will help
in identifying the problem. If you need instructions, see the
"Unsupported
Camera Steps" in the "Docs" section of the developer site.
I hope this can be fixed, sometimes manufacturers release new versions
with the same name, but that are completely different inside.

macam, the window says "status: no camera." I have tried
