Issue 77: Need digest or kerberos authentication modes for CalDav
http://code.google.com/p/webical/issues/detail?id=77

New issue report by gcombs:
When attempting to add a calendar via CalDav from Mac OS X Server 10.5,
running OpenDirectory
and Kerberos, the CalDev/webical mechanism fails, since the
authentication scheme is merely
"basic" ... the iCal Server appears to only support digest or kerberos.

The iCal Server log has the following:
2008-04-10 23:56:27-0500 [-] [caldav-8009] [AMP,client] "Client
authentication scheme basic is
not provided by server ['digest']"

webical error log states:
2008-04-10 23:56:27,961 ERROR ExceptionHelper - Could retrieve events
org.webical.dao.DaoException: Could not retrieve events. Response code:
403 message: Forbidden
