Make Tools/Scripts/update-safer-cpp-expectations favor "macOS" over "Mac"

Normalize platform names to modern "macOS" and "iOS" instead of legacy "Mac"
and "iOS"
in update-safer-cpp-expectations. Preserve the existing platform name where
possible.
