[GLIB] Enable SharedArrayBuffer in GLib-backed WebKit (WPE, GTK)

Based on a patch by Chris Lord <[email protected]>.
Add SharedArrayBuffer support, the condition is set to true when the
origin is isolated, and it allows setting the value using
JSC_useSharedArrayBuffer=true. The implementation is different with
Cocoa, a little bit later, just before starting the VM, still early
enough to get all the correct initialization. We did not change Cocoa
because their signal handling and initialization is different and it
could mean it requires to get it before. This implementation is
preferred in glib because it should work in Android because it uses
services to start the processes.
This unskips the 35 cross-origin isolation tests that 312336@main skipped on the
glib ports, and drops four glib baselines that only recorded the missing
SharedArrayBuffer constructor and now match the cross-platform results.
