[CMake] Add GENERATE_DSYM option to produce dSYM bundles

Add logic to the standard family of WEBKIT_FRAMEWORK macros to run
dsymutil after linking. Teach `build-webkit --dsym` to enable the
option.
dSYM generation is only useful for standalone Mach-O binaries, so it is
skipped for static and object library targets. Some binaries we generate
are build artifacts (like the LLInt* executables) and set a SKIP_DSYM
target property to bypass the logic.
Clean up some one-off implementations of dSYM generation, which included
some seemingly unnecessary file operations. The bundles are generated
alongside their respective libraries, like Xcode, and do not need to be
moved out of the framework.
Under LTO, the linker synthesizes its object files in a temporary
directory and deletes them on exit. Build with -object_path_lto to write
them somewhere durable for dsymutil to back to.
