[GFC][Integration] Allow grid items in trailing implicit columns.

Reviewed by Alan Baradlay.
This allows content when a grid item is has a column placement that is
outside any explicit columns. For example, grid-column: 4 / 5 should be
allowed if there are only two explicit columns.
