[WPE] Type the cursor names, cursor theme directories and logind seat ID held
by WPEPlatform

These were the last GUniquePtr<char> members holding text in WPEPlatform. The
logind seat ID is allocated by libsystemd, so GMallocString adopts it as it is
and hands out utf8() where the C API needs the pointer. The cursor name is a
copy of the caller's UTF8CStringView and the cursor theme directories are
copied out of g_build_filename() results, so they become UTF8CString; the
inherited theme directories live in a Vector, which GMallocString cannot do
because it forbids heap allocation.
The two cursor files and two Wayland files relied on the cursor headers for
GUniquePtr.h and glib.h; they now include what they use.
