Prewarm AppKit's appearance initialization

AppKit does a one-time appearance setup the first time a
LocalDefaultSystemAppearance is created.
Today that happens when the first page commits its initial empty document and
resolves system
colors, so the cost lands on the first page load.
Create and immediately destroy a LocalDefaultSystemAppearance during global
prewarming so this work
happens before the first load.
~1% cold PLT improvement.
