Missing check for shape-image-threshold in Style::difference()

`shape-image-threshold` was not being checked in Style::difference(). This was
mostly not an issue, as it
has no effect on normal url() images as they get dirtied by the loader on style
change, but for something
like a gradient image, where the image is reused across the style change, it
can be observed.
