Mark HTMLEnhancedSelectMultipleAndListBoxEnabled testable

And unskip the customizable-select-listbox WPT directory.
With the preference on, native <select multiple> and <select size> on iOS lost
their
menu list padding. The list box rule reverted padding with the shorthand, while
html.css
sets it with padding-inline, and revert-rule does not roll back to an earlier
declaration
of a logical or physical counterpart (bug 325780). Use the logical longhands.
The list box slot follows the picker in the user agent shadow tree, which
exposed two
problems. Copying a select serialized that shadow tree, as the markup
serializer climbed
out of the options through their slot; ignore user agent shadow trees going up
as well,
sharing TextIterator's helper. And options in the slot inherited editability,
where the
picker's user agent part makes it read-only; make the slot read-only too.
select-size-change.html and select-multiple-removed.html changed the select
after their
test had already finished, so the dump could come before the change and the
base list box
dumps differently. Wait for the timeout.
On iOS, mouse input in the list box and multiple popup tests is flaky, as is
select-listbox-home-end-pagedown-pageup.optional.html's expected scroll
position on glib.
