[Site Isolation][iOS] Document editing context and selection rects are empty
for inputs in cross-site iframes

322280@main sends document editing context requests to the focused frame's
process. A request that names a text input
can target an input in another process, such as one in the main frame while a
cross-site iframe is focused, and then
comes back empty.
Send requests that name a text input to the process hosting that input.
Also cover accessibility selection rects enclosing a selection offset, which
322280@main fixed without a test.
