[GFC][Integration] Allow grids with auto-fill tracks

Now that we have built up the infrastructure in GFC to allow some form
of auto repeat tracks we should be able to allow some content to run
through it. Specifically, we will be allowing grids that have
repeat(auto-fill, ...) tracks to run through GFC since auto-fit will
take a bit more work.
The only caveat is that for rows we will still not allow tracks that
have percentages since we are still ironing out a few wrinkles with that
type of content.
It looks like we have a decent amount of WPT coverage with this feature
running through GFC! One gap I closed is related to an OOF content where
the containing block is a grid so I added some tests for that as well.
* Source/WebCore/layout/integration/grid/LayoutIntegrationGridCoverage.cpp:
(WebCore::LayoutIntegration::hasUnsupportedRepeatEntry): Split out of
hasUnsupportedGridTrackListEntry so repeat() and auto-repeat track lists share
it.
(WebCore::LayoutIntegration::hasUnsupportedGridTrackListEntry): Allow
auto-fill, but keep
rejecting auto-fit.
(WebCore::LayoutIntegration::gridLayoutAvoidanceReason): Check the
auto-repeated tracks for
percentage rows too.
