AccessibilityUIElement::clearSelectedChildren() does nothing in
WebKitTestRunner on Mac

AccessibilityUIElementMac::clearSelectedChildren() was empty, so the tests that
clear the selected
children of a listbox were skipped on Mac. Set AXSelectedChildren to an empty
array, as
removeSelectionAtIndex() sets it to the selected children minus one, and stop
skipping
accessibility/aria-listbox-clear-selection-crash.html,
accessibility/listbox-clear-selection.html,
and their isolated tree copies.
Also make the synchronous argument of setAttributeValue() an enum class, rather
than a bool that
every caller has to comment.
