Reviewed by Zak Ridouh.
On iOS, configure stages WebKitLegacy's private headers through unifdef into
the directory WebKitLegacy.framework/PrivateHeaders links to, the way Xcode's
postprocess-header-rule does. On the first build of a new tree,
WebKitLegacy_CopyHeaders then replaced those files with symlinks to the
unprocessed sources. WebDownload.h kept its stand-in NSURLDownload
declaration, and a client that does not define USE_APPLE_INTERNAL_SDK, such
as Safari, failed to build the WebKitLegacy module against the SDK's
NSURLDownload.
WebKitLegacy_CopyHeaders no longer stages the headers configure processes.
