[Quirks] configurator.audi.com: engine configuration panel inside <model> is
not rendered

configurator.audi.com wraps its engine configuration panel in a <model>
element that it uses as an unknown element. WebKit parses it as
HTMLModelElement, whose replaced RenderModel cannot have children, so the
whole panel is missing; engines without <model> render it. Add a quirk that
gives a <model> with no source the generic element renderer on that site, so
its children render as they do elsewhere. A <model> with a source still gets
RenderModel.
The quirk is read once per element, when it is created or moves to a new
document, so isReplaced() and the renderer always agree, and setSourceURL()
rebuilds the renderer when a source is added or removed.
