  [CMake] Fix Mac x86_64 build
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327611

Unreviewed build fix. Getting lots of link errors from -fpch-codegen
produced objects, like:

    Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
      "JSC::CodeOrigin::OutOfLineCodeOrigin::operatorNewSlow(unsigned long)",
referenced from:
          JSC::CodeOrigin::buildCompositeValue(JSC::InlineCallFrame*,
JSC::BytecodeIndex) in WebCoreDOMAndRendering_pch_obj.cpp.o
      "JSC::CodeOrigin::OutOfLineCodeOrigin::s_heapRef", referenced from:
          JSC::CodeOrigin::buildCompositeValue(JSC::InlineCallFrame*,
JSC::BytecodeIndex) in WebCoreDOMAndRendering_pch_obj.cpp.o
      "JSC::Identifier::add8(JSC::VM&, std::__1::span<char16_t const,
18446744073709551615ul>)", referenced from:
          JSC::Identifier::createLatin1(JSC::VM&, std::__1::span<char16_t
const, 18446744073709551615ul>) in WebCoreJSBindings_pch_obj.cpp.o

We know these happen because of unexported out-of-line functions that
aren't actually used, but end up in the object.

For now, enable -dead_strip on Debug builds to work around the problem.
It'll long been enabled in WebKit only, so I don't think it's a huge
workflow regression to dead strip elsewhere while we investigate.
