-----------
[Site Isolation][macOS] Scroll bars in cross-site iframes keep the old style
when the system scroller style changes
<https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326158>
<rdar://problem/189051020>
Reviewed by Tim Nguyen.
A system scroller style change only updated each page's local main frame view,
which is null in a cross-site iframe's
process, so scroll bars there kept the old style and their content stayed laid
out for it. Update every local root frame
view instead.
