In fact, there is not even any Source/*WTF *sub-folder. I think he meant you should use the normal repo:
git clone git://git.webkit.org/WebKit.git (Or use SVN if you're into that?) Rebasing a patch from a 3-year-old checkout would be extremely difficult, so it's easier to figure out what the patch does, and re-apply it manually on a new checkout.
