With each release of QtWebKit, we deprecate the Qt #ifdef of the
unsupported Qt version to clean the code.
It is not that there is Qt 4.7 specific features, it is that Qt 4.6 is
not supported anymore for trunk so we clean the code of all the 4.6
specific path.
