If I got this right, everyone will actually be rebaselining using the
results generated from the bot environment, right?

Before uploading I would suggest we use the opportunity to actually
check if running locally will match the new expectations. This is a
good way to identify potential problems when running tests in
different environments. I expect that we get way less differences in
results for users of ArchLinux (we have a couple here in INdT). It is
a "sanity check" mostly, I don't think it should block the rebaseline,
problems identified can be recorded and studied later on.
