I have installed weblocks+elephant with clbuild. It didn't work with BDB 5.1, so I took 4.7 version. Of course, there si old issue with uffi and cffi-uffi-compat, so I had to change .sbclrc, i.e. uffi.asd should be before cffi-uffi- compat.asd in asdf:*central-registry*.
