Hello, I am looking for a Perl CMS that can be used in a virtual hosting environment.
I see that under Unix you apparently need to be root to install. Is this really necessary? I also saw there is a webmake.cgi that does not require root access. What functionality would I not have if I use only webmake.cgi?
