Good afternoon folks.

I am deploying my apps on a Windows server running IIS. This seems to work fine - until I restart an app. The newly restarted app stops responding (and sometimes, all apps on the server as well). To get everything up and running again, I need to restart IIS, but IIS always takes several minutes to go down when this happens. Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening, i.s. allow me to just install a new app and restart it?

Environment:
Windows Server 2003 Standard edition
IIS 6
WO 5.2.4

Cheers,
- Hugi
