Actually I built those FreeBSD binaries on that page (even though it says Marek). And I built them against FreeBSD 4.7 - we are still using 4.11 in deployment with these quite happily.

I don't know if they need to be rebuilt against 6.1, but I've certainly had problems trying to get the Apache2 adaptor to build on BSD. Perhaps we could put together a FreeBSD port for this, that would be so so much easier to maintain.
