edit your /System/Library/StartupItems/WebObjects/WebObjects or / System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.wotaskd.plist (whichever is relevant for your system)
And while at it, make sure you only have one of it, not both (StartupItem & LaunchDeamon). I ended up having both after some update which caused strange problems...
