If I understand, in Windows, your url will have to be with WebObjects.exe
not WebObjects.dll. The typical url will look like:
http://localhost/cgi-bin/WebObjects.exe/appName.woa
I did once to recompile Apache for Windows, and it is a tedious process.
That probably due to get SSL enabled. But with recent Apache 2.0.x version,
the support with SSL is enabled so it saves a lot of time.

Hi,
I am using WO on Windows 2k / 2k3 with IIS and I have no problem.
I would like to use Apache on my Windows but i don't know how to do
this...
My WebServer Apache works correctly but i think the problem comes to the
cgi-bin (script on IIS) : When I used WO on IIS I had 2 files on my
script folder (WebObjects.dll and WebObjects.exe) I always have them on
Apache but when I want to use WebObjects.dll i have an error 500!
Thanks, and sorry for my English but I am French.

The dll is an ISS-plugin. It can not work with Apache.
Apache has other plugins. I do not know if someone compiled the
mod_WebObjects for Windows.
