Yes..it is so much easy to go with Apache + Linux. Search through what I have done years back, no sign for mod_WebObjects.

Yes. But this will be slow, as each request starts a new WebObjects.exe.

I did once to recompile Apache for Windows, and it is a tedious  process.
That probably due to get SSL enabled. But with recent Apache 2.0.x version,
the support with SSL is enabled so it saves a lot of time.

You only need to find/compile a mod_WebObjects.dll for Windows.

We use Apache on Linux so I have no idea where you get that.
