Forgot to mention, when this is happening, I also can't reach the server using 
the server admin tools on my client, nor can I mount any of its discs on my 
remote client machine, so I basically have a completely unreachable server and 
have to do a hard reboot.  The only thing that does still work is http, so my 
app seems to be unaffected.
