You could configure JavaMonitor not to start at boot. Then run it only when needed by ssh'ing in as a user with sudo capabilities and entering:

sudo launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ com.apple.womonitor.plist

Then when finished using JavaMonitor:

sudo launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ com.apple.womonitor.plist
