I agree -- In a lot of cases people don't like to start from a blank page, but if there is some structure that people can fill in, they're more likely to submit content. As Kieran pointed out, it's the beauty of the Wiki.

I signed up last night, but this isn't something I would want to work on in a public space. I do lots of editing and back-tracking before I consider it finished, and I prefer to do that in private.
