Chuck,
http://www.openqa.org/selenium-ide/
Selenium worked perfect for my immediate purpose! It took all of 30
seconds to install the plug-in and the IDE extension you provided and
then I recorded a few minutes of app usage and then just did a
playback ....... simple, easy .... great for quick checking of a
whole bunch of app pages after some refactoring that affects key
value path bindings, etc. What helped me too is that I have a
development flag in properties that when turned on automatically
assigns default values to every EO created to save typing and creates
random unique values where needed for userIDs and the like, so a few
dozen clicks goes a long way!
I appreciate you sending the IDE extension too.
Looking forward to playing with JMeter, etc too for some heavy load
testing perhaps.
thanks, Kieran

Selenium works, as long as you use the attached extension in the
IDE. They tell it to use Xpath to identify elements so changes in
the session, context, and element ID don't mess it up. I have only
been using it a short while, but it seems to work very well.
