Correct. There are large signs up all over WWDC reminding people that all the information they receive is confidential and under NDA. While I don't really like this, I am bound by the agreement that I have made.

While I'm not at WWDC, I can already predict that the answer will be 'no', for the simple reason that all sessions and other information passed out at WWDC, with the exception of the stevenote, are covered by an NDA.
