If you're deploying using self-contained .woa bundles your WO 5.3 bundles will likely run on Leopard. Note, there are a lot of changes in WebObjects 5.4 (especially changes to the component parsing). It is a lot more strict and requires xml compliant components. WO 5.4 also requires JDK 1.5.

Let's ask the other way around. How's our luck developing on WO5.3/ Tiger and deploying WO5.4/Leopard.

I seem to remember from WWDC that WO5.4 is intended to be downward compatible.

With any luck I can try this next week when my test cycle ends and I can install Leopard server on my test server.
