Are you using an external FB plugin? I have a vague recollection that
there is a FrontBasePlugin bundled inside of WO 5.4 ... Presumably
that one works properly because it would be using the new API's.

WOLips 31 October nightly. Maybe I don't understand what people are
attempting to do that's generating invalid SQL. You're not talking
about runtime SQL generation, right? (although that works as well)
