I don't know why WOLips try to use this file in execution, but this seem to be the problem for one of my project.
This is WebObjects rapid-turnaround in action, and WO's implementations is TERRRRIBLE. It generates enormous numbers of calls to your app. WOLips' implementation of this protocol is total crap as well, which is not helping things. You can turn off the PB Server in WOLips settings, which I think will also cause rapid turnaround to turn off.

I have a replacement implementation of Rapid Turnaround that is optimized for WOLips (and has almost no performance impact when nothing is changing), but it is implemented with decompiled code, so I can't generally release it. I've sent it to Apple, so some variant of it may appear in a future WO release to support rapid turnaround better out-of-the-box.
