The problem with this, as Mike pointed out, is that there might be different WebObjects versions then. The one in WOLips handling e.g. SQL generation and data browsing and the one installed on your machine which your application uses to run. So you might run into unexpected problems because of that.

Like WebObjects 5.4 quotes qualifiers by default in SQL generation, WebObjects 5.3 does not - you might end up with naming conflicts because of that. We had some fun with that and the PostgreSQLPlugin.
