If the Convocation state is modeled as a Boolean, then you need:
EOQualifier qual = Convocation.STATE.eq(Boolean.TRUE);
(Hint: Attributes are always objects, not primitives)
Wouldn't auto-boxing in Java 1.5 provide the same result as Gustavo
had it?
