Look at the parenthesis :-) Needs to be (task = 'edit' and entity.name = 'Brief') and (propertyKey = 'abECD' or propertyKey = 'abPresident' or propertyKey = 'estimateApproved')
Default rules should be handling the display boolean for you as long as those keys are boolean attributes and not just methods that return booleans.
