For a list, you write rules with task='edit' ? Or because you want a different
behavior for the list, you do specific rules for the edit task?

However, your first rule seems to be wrong. If (propertyKey =
'estimateApproved') is true, the rule will be fired whatever the value of task.
The same for 'abPresident' because you put () at the wrong place.

Maybe I misunderstood what you try to do but the rule should be like that :
> task = 'edit' and entity.name = 'Brief' and (propertyKey = 'abECD' or
> propertyKey = 'abPresident' or propertyKey = 'estimateApproved')
