In my environment apps do not get built into /Library/WebObjects/Applications. The steps I use:
1. right-click on the build.xml file in the app project 2. select Run As -> Ant Build For me this process runs a split install and puts the build products into the ‘dist’ directory inside the project folder. Is it possible that the build.xml in your application project is an older, legacy version?
