Alex notices that our international portals are described using English
and suggests native language replacements. I agree. can we accommodate
this request? Also, can we remove the word "new" from the descriptive
text since these portals are not new.

On the right hand side of http://www.opensolaris.org/os/ there is a box "Visit our
new country portals." followed by links in English.
Can this be changed to be in native scripts? (it really catches your eye then).
Might want to use language (as I've done for China below, forgive any errors in
translation) rather than country for language portals.
