Michelle, Looks good. I translated most of the Country names as is whereas looking at the portals a lot of them are actually language portals. Can you please make some changes?
中文 to 中国 (country not language) France to Français (language not country) Polska to Polski (language not country) Brazil to Brasil (spelling in spanish not english) Deutschland to Deutsch (language not country) Росси́я to Русский (language not country) Česko to Česky (language not country) You could also then include the same link block (with a localised heading) on each of the portal pages.
