Note several other changes that are built into this page. The first is the new 'at-a-glance' section suggested last week. Then, I've simplified the text blocks (my plan is to move the content we had about the licensing and hardware compatibility to the About page so it isn't lost). Finally, I've added new buttons for four tasks that we want developers to complete with ease, but which aren't easily found on the front page currently (Install, Join a User Group, Contribute a Package, and Report a Bug).
