Can we please escalate fixing the usability of this site? I have been only marginally able to browse this site for several weeks, and as of about the middle of last week, I am no longer able to browse it at all. My combination of firewalls, proxies, and local browsers conspire to timeout, either explicitly or implicitly. I am finding it increasingly difficult to effectively contribute what little I do contribute.
Can we just deep six the (completely useless) navigation bar on the left? Who uses that, really? Whence the requirement for it? Is it still valid? Can we just temporarily disable it so I can get a _single_ page in the /os/community/arc namespace to render until better solutions are devised, please?
