Note that the new filtering will not allow publication of cases whose
mail logs contain such garbage mail signatures as "This email message is
for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential
and privileged information."

Please make sure you remove any such nonsense from your .sig's before
sending mail to an ARC discussion in the future - clearly you don't mean
it when you're sending to a public mailing list with known public archives,
so including it just breaks the archives and gives evidence that you never
really meant it, and it should have been ignored by everyone on all mails
you sent, thus losing any thin shred of legal protection you mistakenly
thought it provided.

(I've heard the IETF blocks mails with such nonsense from their mailing
lists, perhaps we should consider asking for mail.opensolaris.org to do
the same - bouncing them back with a "This is a public mailing list with
public archives and mirrors. Once mail is sent to it, it will be forever
public and no one will be able to find and destroy all copies." message.)
