You'll need to be more specific before I can help you find the problem. Your email address would be a good place to start. I'll need a bounced email, with full headers, if it's bouncing your email. I'll need to know what list or lists that you're having an issue with, too. Many systems in the .ru namespace are blacklisted in multiple rbls, but mail.ru is not explicitly rejected though the mail from mail.ru that does arrive tends to be spam much of the time, e.g.
