We need to keep the opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog directory
around as a dummy for the RTI-related tools. I've just now updated
the ARC community pages to point the new cache.

Much is there, but some is not. The redacted cases include some where
people either posted to an open list with one of the boilerplate
"confidential" notices in their email signature, and where the source
code is quoted as saying that a given interface is "Sun Internal."

I've cleaned a few cases up, but I can't bring myself to "fix" header
files from 10 years or more ago that said "Sun Internal." It seems
wrong to do that.

In the meantime, as my standards are obviously lower than the
automatic redacting mechanism and thus permit greater open access,
I've left my crufty rsync+scp toy in place on cr.opensolaris.org.
(It'll probably go away soonish, though.)

More remains to be done.
