[website-discuss] ARC cases available again on OSO

Access to open ARC cases is available again via opensolaris.org.  The 
final URL will be http://arc.opensolaris.org/caselog/, but we are still 
waiting for the DNS push to happen.  In the meantime, the cases can be 
accessed via http://72.5.123.91/caselog/.  The case archive is updated 
hourly, at approximately 15 minutes past the hour.
